Katherine Houser-Rodriguez

Currently, Katherine is a partner in Infinity ABL Services. Katherine is a results-oriented finance professional with substantial expertise in portfolio management, collateral exam, and underwriting developed over an extensive and diverse career that includes middle market and corporate banking experiences. Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities with strong planning, problem solving and communication skills. Well established track record of developing talent and leveraging teammates to exceed goals/objectives.   She graduated from Belmont Abbey College with Honors.  Katherine is also a CFE, a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  Prior to Infinity, Katherine was the National Exam Manager for the Commercial Bank within Wells Fargo.  She managed a team of 50 collateral examiners, management, and administrative staff.  Prior to this Katherine held several roles within the ABL world, Relationship Manager, Underwriter and Operations Manager.  Katherine has over 25 years of diverse Asset Based lender experience in the Structured Finance, Commercial Finance, Commercial Banking, Due Diligence Process, Asset Based Lending, Regulatory/Compliance Matters and Cash Flow Lending Middle Market Banking industry. She has completed additional professional training courses: CFA-Field Examiner School, and CFA-Inventory Finance Workshop.  She is an active member of her church, assists with the church youth group and the chairperson of the church event group, volunteer and donor to the local back-pack program, coaches youth sports, volunteers and donates to Amy’s House.  Katherine lives in the Charlotte, NC area and has a Husband and one daughter.  In her down time, Katherine and her family enjoy time in the North Carolina Mountains at their family cabin.

Stephen Savage

Steve is a partner in Infinity ABL Services, LLC. He is a graduate of Villanova University, a CPA, and a member of the American Certified Public Accountants. Prior to forming Infinity ABL Services, LLC, Steve was the national field exam manager for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. He oversaw 140 internal field examiners, management, and administrative staff as well as the outsource function of approximately 50 contract firms. Steve has over 35 years of field exam experience in the Asset Based and Middle Market Banking industry. He has extensive collateral experience through performing field exams and managing field exam teams. Steve also has significant industry expertise and additional expertise and success partnering with clients helping them through asset based lending processes. An accomplished leader, Steve held various management positions in field exam throughout his career. Steve has strong analytical skills who can see beyond the numbers. Steve excels at reviewing books and records, borrowing base certificates, loan agreements, credit policies, etc. to ensure numbers are accurate and reported correctly as well as ensuring collateral is being reported in accordance with the loan agreement and policy. Steve lives in the Philadelphia, PA area, is married, and has two adult children. Steve is an accomplished girls’ basketball coach who led his teams to winning seasons in 9 of his 10 years coaching. In his downtime, Steve loves to read and spend time outdoors hiking, gardening, and going for runs.

Thomas Taguchi

Tom is currently a partner in Infinity ABL Services, LLC. He has over 28 years field exam experience in the banking/finance industry as a Field Exam Manager, Senior Field Examiner, National Verifications Manager and Account Manager. Most recently, Tom was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance and was Division Field Exam Manager for the South Region. He has over 15 years managerial experience in field exam. Tom spent a combined 12 years in the field as a field examiner with Wells Fargo Business Credit, Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, FINOVA Capital Corporation and Deutsche Financial Services Corporation. He has performed field examinations of accounts receivable and inventory collateral for lines of credit ranging from $250M to $175MM for new and existing clients to ensure the quality of the assets. Tom is a collaborative senior leader with track-record of delivering positive results by being highly strategic, driven, solutions oriented with an exceptional level of integrity and inspiring high-performing exam and relationship teams within the middle-market commercial lending space. Tom is a demonstrated leader who is detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task who has increased levels of expertise in credit and portfolio management. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He has completed additional professional training courses: CFA-Field Examiner School, CFA-Inventory Finance Workshop, UCLA Extension-Fundamentals of Asset Based Finance, Advanced Examiner Training, Advanced Credit Analysis and Leadership Essentials training. He is active in community organizations, coach’s youth sports, volunteers at church and food banks. Tom lives in the Los Angeles, CA area and has a wife and two daughters. Tom enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and exercising.
